You can’t have enough fun with this sailboat. A 30’ sailboat, with
a tiller that gives it great maneuverability. This boat is fun and fast,
and most of all, safe, she heels and holds wonderfully in high winds. 

Below deck, there are two-quarter births and two couches. Can sleep 4
total, 2 most comfortably. There is a two-burner alcohol stove at the
fore of the couch on the port side and a sink on the starboard side. The
fore cabin is for storage as well as a head (toilet).

She is ready to sail, but with full disclosure, might need some
interior woodwork updates in the coming years. Main sail is only four
years old and in excellent condition, also comes with a second
storm/delivery main sail as well. (Over $6,000 value)

Comes with a sunshade, pictured canopy for the time in harbour keeps
the sun off you. (1,000 value alone)

This boat is great for day trips as well as traveling up the coast for
an overnighter. Included in price, a variety of boating accessories are
included (fenders, extra line, spare engine parts, etc).

History of the boat:

Has had two owners, current owner acquired the boat from a friend (original owner) and he had been sailing on the boat for 20 years. Owner bought the boat last spring and is selling now as he will be moving out of the country in the fall.

Known damage: 

Some interior woodwork needs some updating; head functions, but is manual as pump needs replacement.
